Tarkett is hiring a Maintenance Engineer in Ronneby to develop and improve maintenance methods, monitor KPIs and costs, lead preventive and corrective maintenance projects, analyze equipment faults, create mechanical drawings, maintain machine records, optimize the SAP maintenance system, and coach PM team members. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree or equivalent competence, several years of experience in maintenance or process/manufacturing, Lean Production knowledge, Swedish and English proficiency, and experience with CMMS and office programs; SAP skills are advantageous.
