Description
The Maintenance Engineer will maintain the Walton community, complete resident service requests and preventive maintenance, manage the maintenance shop, and oversee moisture management, Freon logs, playground equipment, and pool maintenance. The role requires HVAC certification and extensive experience in appliance repair, HVAC service and repair, plumbing and electrical work, and pool chemical balancing and maintenance. It is an on-site position with compensation starting at $60,000 per year plus benefits.
