Description
Ashland is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their maintenance department in Zwijndrecht, focusing on the production of water-soluble polymers. This role involves setting up, managing, and improving preventive maintenance concepts, translating them into detailed work packages, and ensuring accurate documentation. The engineer will also manage the Maintenance Management System (Maximo), collect data using Microsoft SharePoint, compile work packages for third-party execution, assess completion reports, investigate breakdowns, act as a technical contact, manage spare parts, optimize processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and handle change management.
