Description
The Equipment Maintenance Engineer supports, optimizes, and improves manufacturing equipment and related systems to ensure high availability, reliability, safety, and performance. The role includes troubleshooting failures and downtime, analyzing performance data, implementing corrective and preventive actions, supporting installation and qualification, contributing to spare parts and maintenance planning, managing equipment upgrades and obsolescence, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, preparing technical documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field and experience in equipment engineering or maintenance are required.
