Description
The Maintenance Engineer will support production-line maintenance and continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs, leading root-cause analysis, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems, preparing maintenance documentation, and training technicians. The role also involves early involvement in new projects, TPM readiness, and participation in Lean, digitalization, automation, and BPS-TPM initiatives. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and 3–5 years of manufacturing or engineering experience are required.
