LKAB is hiring a full-time Maintenance Engineer in Property Maintenance in Kiruna to develop and manage preventive maintenance for its industrial properties. The role involves assessing buildings and remaining service life, creating prioritized maintenance and reinvestment plans, supporting maintenance technicians, representing the company with contractors and consultants, preparing technical and budget documentation, and leading investigations and reinvestment projects. The position requires a technical university degree or equivalent experience, Swedish language proficiency, a Category B driving licence, and technical maintenance experience; experience with condition-based maintenance, service-life analysis, structural materials, maintenance systems, budgeting, and relevant standards is desirable.
