Description
The HVAC Engineer will manage and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across a diverse property portfolio. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing AC split systems, air handling units, compressors, pumps, fans, drives, and ground- and air-source heating systems; maintaining motors and environmental controls; coordinating with project delivery and planners; managing spares lists; and supporting general mechanical and plumbing work. The position requires participation in an on-call rota and includes responsibilities for health and safety, site cleanliness, and equipment diagnostics.
