Description
The Level II Maintenance Engineer maintains and repairs heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, telephone, energy management, life safety, and other building mechanical systems; performs preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and work in public areas and guest rooms. The role operates independently under general supervision, assists in training Level I Maintenance Engineers, and requires at least two years of experience in two of the listed systems, relevant HVAC or related licenses or certifications, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
