Description

Ryan Companies is seeking a Maintenance Engineer II in Minneapolis to perform preventive maintenance, demand repairs, and general adjustments to building systems, equipment, and fixtures. The role involves managing subcontractors, ensuring a safe and productive environment, and collaborating with the property manager and lead engineer. Responsibilities include monitoring energy systems, fire/life/safety equipment, and participating in on-call rotations.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High School Degree or equivalent, or a Two-year technical degree or equivalent in the operation of commercial buildings and equipment.
Required Previous Experiences: Five years experience in building maintenance or related field.
Preferred Qualifications: Regional or local licensing/certifications to operate a building.
SMA, SMT, LEED certification, others as applicable preferred.
Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
