Description
The Maintenance Engineer II performs custodial and facility maintenance duties, completes work orders, maintains equipment and facilities, responds to safety and repair issues, and supports maintenance staff. The role may require travel to the Highland and San Bernardino YMCA branches and involves work in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, roof maintenance, and ladder work. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, proof of personal-vehicle insurance, a clean driving record, basic landscaping and facility-trade knowledge, advanced custodial experience, and knowledge of safety standards.
