Macy’s is hiring a Maintenance Engineer II to maintain and repair the physical structure and equipment of a store, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems. The role performs preventive maintenance, emergency and corrective repairs, inspections, recordkeeping, and compliance with state, federal, fire marshal, and EPA regulations. It requires hands-on technical expertise, EPA Universal Certification, a license preferred, physical work involving lifting and climbing, and availability for flexible scheduling including weekends, holidays, and emergencies.
