Lutheran Home is hiring a full-time Maintenance Engineer I for the first shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM in Wauwatosa. The role requires at least one year of experience with HVAC systems, electrical and/or plumbing, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair, along with strong technological skills. Prior experience in a nursing home, retirement community, hospital, or residential property is strongly desired, while a high school diploma or equivalent is required and HVAC, plumbing, or electrical repair certification is preferred.
