Lepaya is hiring a Maintenance Engineer for its soon-to-open Fulfilment Center in Falkensee, Berlin/Brandenburg. The role maintains and troubleshoots electrical and mechanical intralogistics systems, performs preventive maintenance, analyzes malfunctions, implements improvements, collaborates with suppliers, and coaches junior colleagues. Candidates need a technical Ausbildung or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, at least seven years of technical or maintenance experience, hands-on knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, CMMS or ICS/SCADA experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and/or German.
