Aalberts is hiring a Maintenance Engineer - Machining to drive operational excellence in a manufacturing machine shop. The role combines Lean manufacturing, TPM, root-cause analysis, automation and robot integration, CNC and machining troubleshooting, CMMS and ERP performance tracking, and continuous-improvement project leadership. It requires regular production-floor presence, PPE use, extended standing and walking, and occasional lifting of materials up to 55 pounds.
