Proferro is hiring a Maintenance Engineer to be technically responsible for assigned machines in a production environment. The role involves hands-on machine evaluation, preventive and corrective maintenance planning, maintenance-cost monitoring, spare-parts management, coordination with designers and suppliers, and coaching technicians and foremen. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electromechanics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, operational, financial, and people-leading skills, and fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of CNC, PLC, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics is a plus.
