Description
Proferro is hiring a Maintenance Engineer to be technically responsible for assigned machines in a modern and varied machine park. The role is hands-on and involves evaluating the machine park, preventing downtime and quality issues, preparing and following preventive and corrective maintenance plans, tracking maintenance costs and budgets, maintaining machine BOMs and spare parts, and coordinating with machine manufacturers and suppliers. The engineer will also coach technicians and foremen, support operational and budgetary project plans, and work in a production environment. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electromechanics or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience, is required; CNC, PLC, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, Dutch, and English are relevant, with German as a plus.
