Description
Baxter is hiring a Manager I, Engineering (Maintenance) to lead the maintenance organization at its Anesthesia Manufacturing Site. The role oversees preventive, corrective, predictive, and mechanical integrity maintenance; equipment reliability; regulatory compliance; audits; maintenance planning and scheduling; warehouse and MRO operations; budgets; capital planning; and the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of pressure vessels, reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, piping, columns, scrubbers, and other process equipment. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline and 8–10 years of relevant experience, including leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment.
