Description
Suzano is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Engineer in Mucuri, Bahia, to plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; ensure industrial equipment reliability and availability; analyze failures; track maintenance and asset performance indicators; support continuous-improvement projects; and collaborate with operational teams and maintenance suppliers. The role requires a completed Mechanical Engineering degree, industrial maintenance experience in paper, pulp, consumer goods, or continuous-process industries, knowledge of maintenance, reliability, and asset management, familiarity with failure analysis and maintenance indicators, and experience with SAP PM or similar systems.
