Description
TAPI is hiring a Plant Maintenance Manager to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing and utility equipment in a pharmaceutical API facility. The role covers mechanical breakdowns, preventive maintenance, GMP and safety compliance, equipment inspections, emergency repairs, vendor management, maintenance scheduling, budget oversight, and mentoring of shift staff. Candidates should have an I.T.I. or mechanical diploma, at least 10–12 years of plant maintenance experience, and experience in a pharmaceutical API manufacturing facility.
