Description
Medik8 is hiring a Maintenance Engineer Team Leader for its Aylesbury production facility. The role leads and mentors multi-skilled engineers, manages ERP and CMMS maintenance schedules and spare parts, analyses line performance, troubleshoots machinery, conducts root cause analysis, and supports health and safety, handovers, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires post-qualification mechanical and electrical engineering experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, team leadership experience, CMMS proficiency, and strong fault-finding and communication skills. The position runs Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 18:30 PM and offers £55,000–£60,000 per annum, with hybrid working and private medical insurance.
