Hormel Foods is hiring a Maintenance Engineer Intern & COOP to perform engineering duties in a manufacturing facility, including reliability improvements, plant water and industrial sewer systems, compressed air distribution, air handling equipment, and supervision of maintenance employees. The role is temporary and full-time, with summer internships lasting 10–12 weeks and co-ops potentially lasting 6–8 months. It is based at one of nine production or research facilities and requires a relevant engineering degree, leadership and communication skills, a personal motor vehicle, U.S. work authorization, and willingness to relocate.
