Description
The Maintenance Engineering Manager is responsible for the exterior and interior maintenance of a hotel building and surrounding areas, including emergency response, guest issue resolution, equipment knowledge, preventative maintenance, contractor scheduling, training, employee relations, and coordination with other departments. The role reports to the Director of Engineering, requires a high school degree or equivalent, three years of facility management experience, and First Aid and CPR certification, and pays $75,000-$85,000. It is a regular full-time position with health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
