Description
The Engineering Supervisor at Pine Pharmaceuticals leads a small engineering and maintenance team while performing hands-on work on automated manufacturing and facility equipment. The role oversees troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance, facility layout and design, building management systems, documentation, regulatory compliance, safety, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least seven years of automated manufacturing experience including three years in a pharmaceutical or cGMP environment, and expertise with PLCs, HMIs, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and related systems. Compensation is 90K-125K DOE.
