Charter Senior Living is hiring a Maintenance / Environmental Services Assistant to support day-to-day maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and appearance of a senior living community, including resident apartments, common areas, grounds, mechanical systems, and transportation services. The role is hands-on and service-oriented, involving general repairs, preventative maintenance, safety checks, basic plumbing/electrical/painting/carpentry work, community vehicle operation, resident transportation, and coordination with leadership and other departments in a fast-paced environment.
