Charter Senior Living is hiring a Maintenance / Environmental Services Assistant to support day-to-day maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and transportation operations in a senior living community. The role is hands-on and service-oriented, involving general repairs, preventative maintenance, upkeep of resident apartments and common areas, basic plumbing/electrical/painting/carpentry/mechanical work, and driving the community van for resident transportation and outings. The position is aimed at dependable candidates with prior maintenance or senior living experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills.
