Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Maintenance/Facilities Technician for a senior living facility. The role performs routine plumbing, carpentry, and electrical maintenance; conducts inspections; installs, replaces, and repairs fixtures, appliances, and equipment; maintains work records; responds to maintenance requests; and supports general facility upkeep. The position pays $20.00 per hour, runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a flexible start time and on-call responsibilities, and offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and eight paid holidays.
