Description
Gallagher is hiring a Maintenance Fitter for its Hamilton Manufacturing team on the afternoon shift from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am, Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role maintains and repairs plant equipment, facilities, and infrastructure; performs planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs; identifies machine faults; uses the CMMS; supports Lean, 5S, and root-cause analysis; and coordinates with production teams and contractors. The position seeks a trade-qualified fitter with at least three years of manufacturing experience, mechanical fault-finding ability, and knowledge of PPS, root cause analysis, and Lean principles.
