Kaiser Aluminum Warrick is hiring a Maintenance General Foreman to lead, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors and craftsmen in its Newburgh, Indiana operations. The role directs maintenance activities, ensures safety and EHS compliance, supports reliability-focused maintenance and continuous improvement, tracks KPIs, coordinates with unions and cross-functional teams, and addresses predictive anomalies. Candidates need 5–7 years of progressively increasing leadership experience in maintenance or engineering, knowledge of maintenance and reliability practices, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a two-year technical degree in a maintenance-related discipline or related work experience is preferred.
