Description
The Maintenance/Grounds Technician Assistant will support the Facilities Department at Ashley Park Apartments in Richmond by maintaining outdoor and common areas, removing debris, assisting with maintenance and turnover, performing basic repairs and preventative work, and cross-training in plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC. The role includes groundskeeping, snow removal, pool maintenance, lighting checks, safety procedures, and occasional travel to other company assets. It is a full-time Monday-through-Friday position with on-call snow and maintenance duties, and requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
