Boardwalk is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its Vista Gardens apartment community in NE Calgary. The role handles maintenance requests and emergencies, vacant-suite and common-area maintenance, contractor inspections, preventative maintenance, snow removal, and other site tasks. Applicants need two years of maintenance service experience, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to perform physically demanding work; renovation experience and technology familiarity are assets.
