Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Residential Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs, sanitation, waste disposal, and day-to-day upkeep at residential facilities in Boro Park and Flatbush. The role requires prior residential maintenance experience, independent problem-solving, timely response to repair requests, strong English communication, a valid New York or New Jersey driver’s license, and an own vehicle; carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and plastering experience is preferred. The position includes a 403B retirement plan, paid sick and vacation time, health insurance, and pays $24.00 per hour.
