The Maintenance I Associate maintains poultry production facilities, hatchery buildings, equipment, utilities, and support systems through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, sanitation, and emergency response. The role requires agricultural maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, biosecurity compliance, physical ability to work in outdoor and confined agricultural environments, and the ability to operate vehicles and maintenance equipment.
