Description
The role cleans and maintains office, plant, visitor residences, and grounds; completes weekly maintenance schedules; dusts, mops, vacuums, cleans restrooms and lunchroom fixtures, removes waste, assists with employee social activities, selects safe and cost-effective materials, drives a company vehicle for deliveries, and uses hand and power equipment. The position requires basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, may require a valid driver's license and safe-driving record, and involves occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
