Description
The role maintains, calibrates, troubleshoots, and improves liquid and air flow test systems and related hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, servo, and computer-based equipment. Responsibilities include scheduling calibrations, repairing faulty systems, analyzing floor processes, designing and testing flow test systems and fixturing, establishing product and process quality standards, and using statistical methods to determine root causes. The position requires fundamental knowledge of flow-test-system principles, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and mentor technicians; a two-year technical degree or 5–7 years of related experience is desired. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
