Description
The Maintenance Technician 3 performs preventative and on-demand maintenance on electrical motors, material-handling equipment, propane torches, lifts, power tools, welding and grinding equipment, electrical test equipment, and other facility systems. The role also covers general building and conveyor maintenance, light plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other assignments, while supporting supervisors and other technicians. The position requires knowledge of electrical, HVAC, energy management, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems, along with troubleshooting, blueprint reading, safety practices, and warehouse work. It is a full-time second-shift role scheduled Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with additional overtime as needed.
