Description
The Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance and repair work for residential properties, including responding to service requests, repairing building fixtures, doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, walls, roofs, appliances, and grounds, and maintaining common areas. The role also involves troubleshooting HVAC and other equipment, managing repair supplies and work orders, completing paperwork, and being available for emergency calls after normal business hours. It requires a high school diploma or GED, one to three years of related experience or training, a valid Ohio driver's license, bondability, regular in-person attendance, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
