Description
The Maintenance Lead oversees the maintenance team and ensures the efficient operation, repair, and upkeep of machinery, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and facility infrastructure. The role provides technical leadership, coordinates maintenance activities, troubleshoots complex equipment, supports preventive maintenance planning, trains team members, manages vendor relationships, and serves as the primary point of contact for maintenance issues. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of maintenance experience, and expertise across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, PLC, welding, schematics, safety, and leadership areas.
