Description
The Maintenance Lead supports the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager in operating Goodwill SOLAC facilities maintenance across retail stores and corporate facilities. The role leads and mentors field technicians, monitors and assigns service tickets, coordinates vendors, responds to urgent repairs, and performs hands-on work in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, carpentry, and general facilities maintenance. The position is based at the corporate office while servicing Goodwill Southern Los Angeles County locations as needed.
