Description
The Maintenance Lead will lead mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians across manufacturing and support areas, manage maintenance reliability and safety programs, schedule and assign work, coordinate with production, support equipment modifications and installations, and provide off-hours support. The role requires industrial experience, knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and drive systems, and the ability to lead a team; a two-year technical degree in electrical or electro-mechanical sciences and 3–5 years of industrial experience is preferred, while a high school diploma and 5–10 years of industrial experience is also listed.
