Description
Millat Industries is hiring a Maintenance Lead for its Huber Heights location to lead the maintenance team, plan and prioritize maintenance activities, improve KPIs, administer the CMMS, coordinate with production and other departments, and develop staff. The role requires mechanical aptitude, CNC and machine diagnostics experience, industrial maintenance experience, team leadership, and computer skills. The schedule is approximately 48 hours per week, Monday through Friday with core hours of 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM and occasional Saturdays.
