Description
Pilgrim’s is hiring a Maintenance Lead for the 3rd-shift hourly maintenance department at its Waco Prepared Foods Facility. The role oversees safe and efficient production and maintenance operations, coordinates maintenance employees, tracks and communicates downtime and shift issues, ensures preventive-maintenance audits and completion, supports production, and promotes housekeeping and 5-S practices. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three months of related experience or training, basic computer skills, and certifications or training in forklift, pallet jack, man lift, lockout/tagout, SAP, and People First.
