StuartCo is hiring a full-time Maintenance Lead in Minnetonka, Minnesota to oversee and perform maintenance operations across Deer Ridge, York Plaza Apartments, and Raspberry Woods townhomes. The role leads maintenance staff, coordinates vendors, manages supplies and budgets, completes repairs and preventive maintenance, supports grounds and apartment-turn activities, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least four years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong knowledge of building systems; supervisory, engineering, EPA, and CPO certifications are preferred. The schedule is typically 40 hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with possible property-office variations and schedule flexibility.
