The Maintenance Lead performs plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and custodial maintenance for affordable-housing buildings, coordinates work orders and vendors, responds to emergency repairs and regulatory violations, plans preventive maintenance, and supervises and trains maintenance and custodial staff. The role is full-time, onsite in San Francisco, Monday through Friday with emergency on-call duties, and pays $31.00–$33.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.
