Description
The Maintenance Lead supports the maintenance manager and production operations by monitoring equipment, responding to maintenance calls, completing work orders and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and ammonia refrigeration systems, and coordinating repairs and training. The role requires 2–5 years of electrical experience, OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification, Kepner Tregoe training, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical drives, motors, controls, PLCs, pumps, hydraulics, valves, and anhydrous ammonia chilling systems.
