Description
Magna Powertrain is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a second-shift, Monday-through-Friday schedule from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., with overtime and weekend work as needed. The role leads hourly maintenance employees, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoots equipment, and drives reliability and continuous-improvement initiatives. The position requires an associate degree in a relevant field, at least three years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain forklift and aerial-lift certifications.
