Description
USCS is hiring a full-time Industrial Refrigeration Maintenance Technician in Lebanon, Indiana, reporting to the Chief Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor. The role covers powered industrial truck maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, welding, cutting, metal fabrication, building maintenance, refrigeration-system operation and repair, refrigeration-log monitoring, chemical-level adjustments, and emergency response. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years of public refrigerated warehouse and industrial refrigeration experience, and knowledge of building, electrical, HVAC, welding, plumbing, material-handling, refrigeration-control, and mechanical systems. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, either 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with 0–10% travel.
