Matalco is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its night-shift, multi-craft maintenance department at its Franklin, Kentucky plant. The role involves installing, inspecting, adjusting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment; responding to breakdowns and safety concerns; performing preventive and predictive maintenance; monitoring PLCs and HMI panels; maintaining a spare-parts warehouse; and recommending process improvements. The position works a 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. shift on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with some weekends and holidays, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
