Description
The City of Essen is hiring a permanent Maintenance Management for Technical Facilities employee for its Grugapark and public cemetery facilities. The role covers maintenance strategy development, condition assessment, refurbishment and new-build planning, legal and occupational health and safety compliance, and coordination of external engineering offices and trades. It is available full-time or part-time, with mobile working possible by agreement, and is based at Grugapark Essen. Applicants need a relevant engineering or facility management degree, experience in supply and disposal engineering and technical real estate management, knowledge of German regulations and standards, CAD and real estate management software skills, and willingness to participate in weekend and on-call standby services.
