Description
Green Plains Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead the plant maintenance and reliability team and drive safety, quality, reliability-centered maintenance, cost control, predictive maintenance, and employee development. The role manages maintenance planning, work orders, KPIs, root-cause analysis, budgets, capital projects, and collaboration with engineering and other plant managers, while reporting to the Plant Manager. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant reliability-centered maintenance skills, at least five years of technical or plant experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment.
