11Residential is hiring a Multifamily Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities and projects at Pointe East and The Landing apartment communities in Fife, Washington. Reporting to the Property Manager, the role supervises maintenance schedules and team members, handles resident service requests and make-ready work, inspects property and equipment, manages landscaping and maintenance budgets, responds to emergencies, and trains employees. The position requires at least two years of multifamily or facility maintenance experience, on-site availability, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Compensation is $33 to $36 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, health savings account, retirement, rental discount, and other benefits.
